Peak MSP Partner
What is in it for me? That is a valid and reasonable question.
We call it a partner program for a reason. We partner with you on each and every customer who elect to become part of the Peak platform. TreeTop works directly with our partners to provide the best service on the planet. What that means is you get access to many of the same dashboards and alerts that we get access to. As a result, everyone benefits from the solution... Most of all, the customers!
Aside from assistance in supporting customers and providing a holistic solution that every customer can afford, partners also receive financial incentives for their work. After the initial rollout of the Peak platform is complete, partners receive a one-time payment for their assistance in getting the customer onboard. In addition, partners receive ongoing payments for working with us on the solution!

Happier customers
I have X number of customers. What if some of them aren't sure about the Peak platform at this time?
That’s not a problem! As a matter of fact, it is expected. Every customer is a little different and has varying levels of risk acceptance. Maybe the customer simply needs someone like you to help educate them on potential cybersecurity risks and what the platform entails?!?! Either way, we have done absolutely everything we can to make the Peak platform affordable for everyone. There is nothing like the Peak platform at the price point we offer it. Still, we understand different customers have different needs. If you have 3 customers who want to be on the platform and 50 who are hesitant, that's completely fine!
Yes. Once a partnership is established with your MSP, we can determine a few dates and times that would work. After a few calls, there is a good chance you get the hang of it too.
Yes. Please contact us and we can get you information regarding discounts if someone is interested.
Yes. The Peak platform checks all the PCI compliance checkboxes and then some. Several customers were paying as much as $125/location per month for non-compliance fees. With Peak, all of those fees were eliminated. The removal of non-compliance fees is often a great discussion to have with customers because many don’t even know they are paying them and it essentially reduces the overall cost of the Peak platform. Meanwhile, it removes the burden from the business in the event of a breach, i.e. they no longer pay a fine for each and every breached credit card.
Yes. Once you have a number of customers on the Peak platform, we will provide you additional firewalls or access points for you to keep on-hand. This additional equipment is not to be used unless existing customer equipment fails.
No. We leave the sales of computers and other equipment as well as day-to-day IT services to our partners. We partner with MSPs, IT providers, and IT departments because we need you!
Yes, however, we will only contact the customer is if a period of time has passed and you have not acknowledged an alarm or contacted the customer.
TreeTop sends invoices directly to the customer. Once the customer pays for their invoice, a payment for the residual amount will be sent to the partner. Easy as pie!
Onboarding is a staged process where we work extensively with our MSPs to ensure a smooth rollout. Every customer is a little different, but the deployment can cover several months as security tools are added or “turned up” to the next level. Due to this time commitment, MSPs receive a percentage of the initial cost once the Peak platform is deployed.
At this time, we do not offer monthly discounts for non-profits. If there is a business you want to support by offering your time at a reduced cost, we will often donate some of our time to help out too.
We treat IT departments the same as we do our MSP partners. The IT department gets access to the same monitoring tools and become a part of the platform. The only different is that IT departments get a company discount instead of upfront and residual payments.
